A board only helps once somebody has posted a date. The directory answers the question that comes before it — who else is out there, at my division, near me — so a coach with nothing posted yet still has somewhere to start.

Your league is already on it.
Six counties, one network. Coverage grows with every team that joins — which is the honest reason to join early rather than wait for it to fill up.

Registration is limited to these six counties on purpose: a board is only useful when the teams on it are close enough to actually play.
Confirm the crew before you confirm the game.
Umpires see open slots with the sport, date, level, field, rule set and fee decided up front. They accept, and the matchup card updates. The fee shown is what the official is paid — the team settles with them directly and we take nothing.

Everything is free right now
Teams and umpires get the whole platform at no cost while the network grows. A board is only worth paying for once there are enough teams on it.
No per-game fees
Umpire fees are paid to the umpire, not to us. Nothing routes through us and nothing is marked up.

The teams here first are the ones everybody else finds when they arrive.
Questions coaches actually ask.
What is the catch?
None, and there is no trial clock either. A scheduling board is only useful once enough teams are on it, so charging on day one would be charging for something that does not work yet. It is free until it is genuinely worth paying for.
Will it stay free?
Probably not forever. When we do introduce a price, teams that joined during the Southern California launch will hear about it well in advance — not as a surprise banner one morning.
Why only Southern California?
Density beats reach. A team in Sacramento signing up today would open the board and find nobody within two hours. We would rather be genuinely useful across Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties first, then expand.
How does a matchup actually get confirmed?
You post an open date. Teams in range see it and request it. You accept one — every other request on that date is declined automatically, so nobody is left waiting on a reply. Then both teams confirm the field, time, and cost sharing on the same card.
Do umpires pay?
No. Umpire accounts are free, and the fee a team sets for a crew is paid directly to the officials. Nothing routes through us and nothing is marked up.
We are just outside the area. Can we still join?
Not yet — registration is limited to the six counties above so the board stays useful. Tell us where you are and you will be first to hear when we open your region.
